The other kind of suburban recreational bike ride that involves sporty-looking bikes and athletic attire

I presume this is a family. They're all wearing Chicago Bears jerseys and riding flashy mountain-style Xmart bikes. I wonder sometimes if this is what's actually normal for most regular people. (Well, except for the rainbow. That just made it awesome.)

At the time I was riding my mother's Trek Navigator sans accessories, and felt nearly naked.
